Long time ago since my last post... I know, I know... I should come here more often and write about things about this trip, that actually is being amazing, but as I am doing awesome stuff in the US I don't have much free time.
I'll tell some things that happened during these last weeks... The school is done for me, because this week we are having the spring break (a kind of vacation of one week) and when it is over I won't be here anymore, because I am going to leave this Saturday (March 10th) ... Yaehh as you can see my time on Uncle's Sam land is almost finishing, but certainly I will enjoy as much as I can these last days. Before last week we went to Pokagon Park, which is North of Indiana, almost in Michigan(we went to Michigan state, but didn't stay there,we just stayed in the car). Well... Pokagon park includes a kind of hotel that is surrounded by nature and you can enjoy your holidays, vacations or free time with your family or friends doing many different cool things, like swimming, sledding on the BIG toboggan, trials... And that was exactly what we did there. Last week we had the Brazilian feijoada, it happened at Butler University in Indianapolis, this event was very nice and the feijoada was excellent. But before the feijoada's day, I met the other Youth Ambassador at Jhani's house, because this day we went to visit Indianapolis Motor Speedway (this was really exciting!!!) . After this we went to the mall and there we have met some Brazilian women that live here Indiana a long time. Well.... this might be confusing, but... These women each took two of us(there was 3 ladies) to spend the night at their house. Me and Bernardo stayed with Maria, she comes from Minas Gerais, she has a son of our age, and she has lived here for eight years, but she goes to Brazil a lot of times on the year to visit her relatives and she's really really really nice, I can say that we had a very good time at her house. Well, like I said before this was my last week on the school and when someone has to leave, normally his friends make some party or celebration and this was what happened with me... The guys of the school gave me really nice parties and surprises, I loved it, and I will never forget it, because these people were very important in my life. Well that's it for today and hope see you soon here.

weekend in Indianapolis and Chicago!
This last weekend I had one of the best times of my life... I went to Indianapolis and CHICAGO!! The third largest city in United States of America. On Friday afternoon Susan took me and Jessica to Jhani's house(Indianapolis), Gabriel and Matheus already were there, later Bernardo and Priscila arrived. After talking with everybody and telling all the news, we went to the Super Bowl Village, it's an area downtown where there are a lot of games and activities related with football, it is located next to Lucas Oil Stadium, where the Super Bowl is going to happen. Certainly the best thing was the zipline(tirolesa), it was 33 meters high and on the top you can see a gorgeous part of Indianapolis. This was AWESOME!!! On Saturday we woke up early(about 6:30) and got going to Chicago(Illinois), ''The windy city'', now I know why they call it this way but we were lucky because it was a perfect sunny day. We visited many places each more beautiful than the other. But certainly the nicest was the Ferris Wheel, which is really windy on the top, but you can see a terrific scene of Chicago's city, with all those big buildings. Another cool place was the John Hancock building, the tallest in Chicago. We stayed in the windy city until 9 o'clock, then we drove about two hours to Indianapolis and spent the night there. On Saturday morning we went shopping in Edinburg, a city near the capital, they have a nice outlet mall(Very good prices). About 3 pm we came back to Jhani's home, and our host relatives were waiting for us. hehehe. The weekend was incredible!! I'll never forget it... See you.

Early birthday
So guys, as some of you know my birthday is coming (26th January) and as next week we probably are going to Chicago, the Taylors decided celebrate my birthday today, because the following week certainly will be too busy. I`m going to tell you how was the day ... We woke up and went to the church (as we have done most Sunday), I am enjoying this because it is a good opportunity to know and talk with different people. After the church we came home and had lunch, then we changed our clothes quickly, to go sledding in a big hill(not as big as we went on yesterday, but is good too). We came back to our house again, changed the clothes again and went to the Playstation (it is like paintball, but instead of a ball you use laser, to hit your enemies), I have discovered that I am terrible, but is pretty fun and I think everybody enjoyed. And to finish the day with golden key Susan cooked an awesome supper. Thank you Taylors!! Next post some pictures and videos. See you guys...

Started to snow
It happened yesterday about 1:00 pm, I was in economics class when I watched from the window and I could see...It started to snow! People here are used to snow. But not to me, because that was the first time that I`ve seen this in my life. Oh, and I was almost forgetting to say... The classes started for me on Monday at Burris Laboratory School. It`s not too big, about 550 students and it is few blocks from Taylor`s house, so we can go on foot, and that is what we do every morning. Here is my schedule of classes:
1- Biology/8:00 to 8:55;
2- Speech and Communication/9:00 to 9:55;
3- U.S. History/10:00 to 10:55;
lunch - 11:00 to 12:00;
4 - Spanish/12:00 to 13:00;
5 - Economics/13:00 to 14:00;
6 - Government/14:00 to 15:00;
Today Johnny(a friend of school) invited me to go to his sister`s party that happened at a hotel. I went there and stayed talking with him while Sophia enjoyed the party with Johnny`s sister, it was cool, he`s a good friend. I think that tomorrow I will play in snow, because everybody says that is awesome sledding, so that`s it. xoxoxo fr everybody in Brazil.
